It is so important to visit your potential property before you purchase, you would not purchase a property in the UK without having inspected it first, so why consider it for your property abroad?
It gives you an opportunity, not only to see the properties we have to offer you, but also to experience the local environment as it is vastly different from the coast. The 3 most important things in relation to buying a property, as I am sure you have heard many times before is... location, location, location. This is just as true in Spain as it is in the UK.
Many companies organise inspection tours to show you around a vast array of properties without first doing their research of what the client is actually looking for. You may even have been on one of these tours in the past. If you have, then I am confident that you will find a visit with GoAndalucia Real Estate a refreshing change, as we do not waste our clients' valuable time showing them properties which do not fit their remit or budget. In fact, our inspection tours are one of the things that set us apart from the majority of other agents.
At GoAndalucia Real Estate we believe in a "personal service"... the first thing you will notice about our tours is the "one to one" attention we give you. We keep our inspection trips exclusive to enhance the quality of service we can provide to you. However, you will appreciate that by taking this stance, we are only interested in taking you on a tour if you are serious about purchasing a property here in Spain. We know that the people we take on our tours will almost certainly buy from us if we can show them a property that matches their expectations. We are most confident that we can do this, which means that most of our "guests" become our future satisfied clients.

We expect in return
A genuine interest from you in making a property purchase in Spain. The ability to make a 3,000 (Re-sale) or 6,000 (Off-plan) Euros deposit if you have seen an appropriate property.
Please do not expect:
- Long tiring excursions viewing countless properties, many of which are of no interest to you
- A free trip. We do not pay for your tour. We believe that serious purchasers will be prepared to pay for their visit.
- However, should you purchase through us, we refund your flight & accommodation costs, subject to a pre-agreed maximum figure.
